Heading the Service Function for the Location

Role:

The role will involve heading the Service Function for the Location. An essential part of role would be customer servicing and process management (NB, DOPS, CS and Facilities). The work would also involve to upkeep of the branch, adherence to statutory compliance and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Head the Service Function of the location
  2. FTE retention and training
  3. Customer servicing and process management (NB, DOPS, CS and Facilities)
  4. Upkeep of the branch
  5. Adherence to Statutory Compliance
  6. Vendor Management
  7. Giving appraisals & effective feedback to team

Desired qualifications and experience :

  1. 1 to 3 years of work experience
  2. Life Insurance Industry Background
  3. Qualifications- Graduate
  4. Qualifications – a Post Graduate degree is preferred

Knowledge and skills required :

  1. Extremely good analytical skills
  2. Good soft skills and people’s player
  3. Good communication skills, both oral and written are essential. Customer Service exposure would be preferred

Job Role: Manager:

  1. Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.
